Represents the General as his primary spokesman at the USA national level.  Is responsible to the General for the administration of national affairs and the coordination and facilitation of the work of the four USA territories, working in concert to achieve the greatest possible advancement of the spiritual and social mission of The Salvation Army in the USA.
